Student got scammed

this is very embarrassing for me. I started to study biology in Germany and I don’t receive any financial support. I’m already working 11,5h a week beside my studies and I gave everything I could to get through this time of my life without begging. I don’t have anyone to help me out. A couple of days ago I got scammed by a letter which seemed like it was from my bank. I always want to update my data and other financial things right away and the letter told me about some new guidelines. Well, it turned out to be a scam and now I don’t know how to pay my bills. They took 400€ from me. Yes, as soon as I noticed I called my bank I told them to block my card and send me a new one. But the money I desperately need is gone by now. I’m feeling very ashamed of asking for this but I don’t know what to do otherwise. 

I hope someone can help me out and does believe me.
