Single mom and student trying to get her head above water

This is my first time asking for money. I am a mom, employed part-time, and going to school to be a surgical technologist. I'm on government assistance because I couldn't afford to pay my bills. I'm in school to get a good paying career (starting 40/hr in my city) and be financial independent without any assistance from the government or anyone else. I didn't want to be in this position anymore because it's a hopeless and draining position to be in. Fortunately I'm only 1 year away from graduating, I'm doing great in school, and I can see the end of poverty somewhere in my future. 

Due to the terms of my assistance, I can only work a few hours while I go to school. I make just enough to barely pay my bills. I get snap for food but with pre teen twins, it barely last a while month. Now I'm completely broke and I have no money to get to school, I have no way to pay the phone bill, and I have to disappoint my twins once again but telling them I have no money for them to go pumpkin picking with their class.
