Please help me with my debt

Hello, my name is Jessica and I'm begging for your help.
I have a debt currently of $6,000 because of some financial decisions and I'm unable to get out of this because my job doesn't cover the amount at least for a very long time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can get out of this mess.
