Oh please help me with food :(

So my family and I are or may see my sister today if weather permits however our FRIDGE IS EMPTY with a few veggies, condiments and we have very low stock of frozen goods let alone our pantry its low.. We dont get paid until the first of June.. We don't want to waste gas going to a food pantry when we may go we my sister who lives 30+ miles north of us... In a rut and not sure what to do! I have a Walmart gift registry (some to most are eligible for pickup from our store near us in our town. Buy 1 of each item, please spend what you can and share what you can of my link.

Food is very scarce in our apartment as I speak, we barely had dinner last night (I ration the food for family of 3).
