Need Help with money for medical bills

Hello,
I hate doing this. I've never had to do this, but my fiancé has extremely bad heart disease. The medical bills are piling up on me and i'm starting to drown into a deep depression. It is my responsibility to help her and I fee like I'm doing a horrible job of that right now. Right now, the bills are at a staggering $15,000. I'm paying what I can, but its not getting me anywhere. I am afraid that if I don't get help soon, the already out of control will turn into insanely out of control. I'm putting bill money, rent, car payment money, anything I can towards these bills. I've contacted doctors and hospitals and am basically being told they have to be paid. Please help me and her.
