in desperate need of help

there has never been a time where i have not made do or found a way to make it through . but now im at aloss as to where to turn. im a single women who is unable to work but not disables enough to get assistance from anywhere . i was homeless and battleing addiction issues which i have managed to oveercome by the grace of god. nut now im unable to even get the basic neccesities of life like hygeine items , gas in my car, fix my car whichc just happened to break down on week 1 of my 3 week evacuation from the spokane wa fires in which my home was directly in the fire zone. im broke like net worth is -100 broke ..i cant wash laundry , eat , drive nothing so im sucking up my pride and asking for help.
