Help me keep my apartment

I'll try to keep this as short as I can. I'm in pain every minute. I can't work full time because of the pain but I can't afford treatment because I'm not making enough money. I can't afford health insurance and I've tried a couple times to get like partial disability but I can't. The pain in my head makes it hard to think but I can't even find a professional to help me look into options such as disability. But right now I'm just worried I'm going to lose my apartment. I need money to keep my home while I try and sort the rest out. Any donation is appreciated more than you know.

As for all the physical pain and options for disability or something, if you have any advice on that I would loove to hear it. I live in Maine. I know different states have different benefits and qualifications. I really don't know much about it at all and any info on how to get started would be amazing.
