My name is Raul Christian Pineda, a first-time father. I'm humbly knocking on your hearts for our baby, Mika, born prematurely at just 7 months.
She is currently confined in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and fighting for her life. Her lungs are underdeveloped, and she needs constant oxygen, antibiotics, and a special incubator.
