My Unexpected Journey and Why I Need Your Help

Life had been looking up. After months of searching, I was finally hired by an online company as an Order Processing Specialist. Their business focused on selling vapes and e-cigarettes, and my role felt simple enough. My main duties included:
  • Receiving payments from clients through my PayPal account.
  • Converting those funds into cryptocurrency.
  • Transferring the cryptocurrency to the company’s official account.
  • Making sure all transactions were completed the same day.
On April 15, I proudly processed my very first order. Every step was guided by a helpful HR assistant, who also acted as my trainer. Thanks to their support, I believed everything went smoothly. I felt confident. I felt like my life was turning a corner at last.

But just ten days later, something went terribly wrong. A client who had placed an order messaged through PayPal, claiming they never received their products. They demanded a refund of $1500. I immediately reached out to my trainer for help, confused and scared, hoping it was just a mix-up.

Sadly, my trainer stopped replying. No emails. No messages. I was left alone to deal with a growing nightmare. Soon after, the client escalated their message into an official PayPal claim. Now, they are requesting a full refund — money I already sent to the company.

I am now facing this burden alone. I never imagined that my excitement for a fresh start would turn into something so overwhelming and heartbreaking.
