I have multiple health issues and have to decide between eating and medical expenses quite often.
Please help with anything ? available. Currently I have no money or funds to feed my family or get medical help I currently need.
I have epilepsy, a thyroid issue as well as multiple mental health issues.
Please ?? I really would appreciate assistance of any sort towards my problem so I can feed my family.
I have been to various charities and need to wait a bit to get more assistance. I also have utility bills that require payment before they shut off my power.
