My fiance was injured on the job back in August of this year and requires surgery on his left foot. His boss did not want to report this case to his insurance company so we were forced to hire a workers compensation attorney. The attorney we hired did not file the paperwork correctly and as a result the claim was initially denied. We have since hired a new attorney (who is absolutely wonderful), however due to the initial delays we have gotten behind on our car payments as well as our other bills. We are on the verge of a repossession if we do not catch up on our payments. We are hardworking, good people who unfortunately had some unfortunate things happen. We would be so grateful and appreciative for any help that you can offer. If we lose our car, I don't know how I can get to work to earn the money that has been keeping the lights on and food on the table. Please help!
