My family has always lived poverty line . Even with government assistance, we’ve lived in homeless shelters, cars, friends/family’s houses . I’ve been working since 15 years old (and my mom stopped trying) and even though I’m older now and on my own I still give a lot of my limited income to her and brother to help make their ends meet. After making a lot of bad choices and turning my life around, I recently decided to return to school. Things are piling up and I just need a little help to get things on track.
