Hi, I would like to appeal with everyone to please assist me to take care of my old sickly mum. I'm 20 years old from south Africa. I go to school and work part time but the money is not enough. We are constantly in need of groceries, rent money, and my mum's medical Bill's and meds. It's been very hard on me as we have no other family to rely on. Please help me take care of my sick mum and pay rent and general upkeep. No amount is too small.
