DREAM to Have a 2nd hand Car

Hello my name is April I work as a cashier in a restaurant and I walk 45 minutes a day with a salary of a minimum wage earner and I am dreaming to have a car one day even though a second hand would be grateful I hope someone can give me a little amount I only earn 400php a day or 12 US dollars, I hope a good hearted people can help me any cents or a penny would be nice
