My floor is caving in to the ground in my trailer! Please help!
#1
Hi, I am in a desperate situation with my trailer that I have lived in for just over 18 years. It is falling apart badly. It is a tiny, 500 sq. ft, trailer. The floors got damaged 4 years ago when all my pipes broke during the polar vortex freezing event we had. I had 18 breaks in my pipes under my trailer. I was 3 weeks without water and an additional week without hot water because I needed to also get a new heating element for my water heater. A lot of water did get on my floors from the water heater and pipes as they were being fixed. I had no idea that the water would ruin the floors and weaken them so much. My kitchen floor is the worst. It is on such an angle falling downward that I almost fall. I am permanently disabled and have a bad gait as it is. My stove and refrigerator are on an angle. I am afraid my refrigerator is going to fall through the weakened floor. My microwave is also on a terrible angle and I had to raise it up on the right side to level it a bit. The floor is falling in more every day. There is now mold in my house. I don't have the money to repair it, and I have not been able to find an agency or organization who repairs mobile home floors for free. I really need another mobile home that doesn't have mold and is not falling apart. A nice, used one in Oklahoma City would be great. I cannot afford to get it on my own. I need like a 800-900 sq. ft. home.  I feel depressed about my situation. I have numerous health problems. Lupus, arthritis, Fibromyalgia, breast cancer May 2023, severe neck and back pain, diabetes, nerve pain, muscle pain, Spondylolisthesis in my back and compressed nerves, blood clot 2 years ago that went to my lung, hiata hernia pressing up on my asophagus, Chron's, IBS, chronic venous insufficiency, chronic kidney failure, bi-polar, anxiety, PTSD, depression, mild asperger's, and I type with 1 finger. My health just gets worse every year. I hope that I will be blessed with either having enough funds to repair the floors here or move to a better home in Oklahoma City, OK. where I live. I so badly want to have financial freedom. I already have about 12,000 credit card debt because I don't have the cash to pay for basic needs like food, clothes, and gasoline for my little car. I definitely don't have the money to fix up my trailer. Please if someone can help. I feel helpless and desperate. Thank you.
