Emergency Surgery Has Resulted Financial Spiral

After a trip to the hospital earlier this year which in resulted in emergency surgery, and an extended period of time where I was unable to work it ate away at all the savings I had to my name. Since returning to my work place my hours have been massively cut and despite my best efforts to try and find an additional job and even working odd jobs for friends which even resulted in one of them turning tail and avoiding payment.

Bills and rent and have just been piling up and I'm still trying to do whatever I can to make ends meet but I'm right now feeling like I'm at a loss of options.

Any help to recover from this difficult time I'm struggling through would be truly appreciated.
