Need help getting back on feet lost a lot due to medical issues

Hello My Name Is David, I usually don't ask for help but I have come on here because I need it. I lost my job due to some medical complications I had and being out of work a lot. I ended up getting treatment but it has left me in a pile of medical bills. I've been on the hunt for a new job. But I am having trouble being able to afford my essentials like rent, car bill, and food. Hopefully god will bless me with a job soon, but in the meantime I came on here to ask for help even if its just a dollar anything would be much appreciated. God Bless you all.
