endometriosis pain

My wife is crippled with endometriosis pain and is hardly able to walk, I have been suffering from crippling back pain for years now and I just dont know what we are supposed to do now.  We have 2 young children 5 and 8 and survive with the help of food banks, I cant remember the last time I ate food that wasn't past its sell by or use by date. I just dont have anywhere else to turn except to ask people to take pity on me and hopefully help keep us from ending up on the streets. I really appreciate any help anyone can give.  Thank you
