I Need $100 Payable Directly to Divine Dental (Santa Fe, NM) by Tues. April 9, 2019 .
I'm homeless and working part-time .. I'm having all my teeth extracted for dentures .. my Medicaid insurance is paying for this - but they don't pay for the addition of 'laughing gas' (for stress and pain reduction) .
