Desperately need help with bills.

My husband was hurt on his job and won't be able to get back for at least a month minimum. I was laid off about 3 weeks ago and hopefully be going back to work in another 2 to 3 months. Our electricity and water will be cut off in the next few days. I am working a part-time job but it's not much money, barely enough to buy groceries. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
