Need help paying my bills

I just lost my job and i have 2 months worth of bills that i need to pay. I have insurance backed up 1 month. Phone bill backed up 2 months. Rent due at the end of the month and i only have about 100 for food until i find another job.  Please help! I’m sure desperate!
