Helping a Veteran in need

I am a ten year veteran of the United States Marine Corps. I am in a serious situation, i Just started a new job, and I was getting my child support in order since not being able to get working until 7 months after getting separated from the service,  my bank allow the child support collection agency withdraw 3500 from my account even though I didn't have it to begin with.  it's almost Christmas time and now I can't get a tree or presents for my two girls let alone fill my oil tank or pay any of my bills... at this rate I won't be in the positives until February. please find it in your hearts to help someone whose just trying to stay afloat. thank you for your time.
