Student Loan help

Hi everyone, my name's Rebecca and I am currently a full time student working on my bachelors in biological sciences with an emphasis on pre-medicine. I am expecting to graduate this december with my bachelors. I have taken out thousands of dollars in student loans and I need to start repaying them back this year. I have 6 people in my family so we are struggling financially and it will be extremely difficult to include student loan payments to all of our other bills and payments. I am desperately looking for financial help and donations. Any donations would help immensely and the help would be appreciated. I want to thank everyone in advance.
