I need help getting caught up while i am trying to get a second job

Hello I don't know what else to do i am really in debt and can't get a loan and behind on bills to the point of things getting shut off. I have a job but they cut overtime and it got me more behind than i already was and I'm looking for either a second job or better paying main job or both but I am really struggling right now. I need $500 to get caught up on currently shut off utilities or utilities that will be cut off in the next couple days and 800 to get caught up enough to be good for the next month at least. I know its a lot to ask and i can pay back a little each pay every other week if i can get help now. Just anxious exhausted and frustrated because I'm out of options.
