Need help to start a new job

Hi I am from Philippines. I was swindled and all of my savings were gone when I am trying to help someone. I sent funds to them inAfrica but they just stole my card info. Now I am planning to apply job here in call centers but I dont have any money for transportation and requirememta. All I got is around 500 pesos or 10 dollars which is for my food for the whole month of December. Please help me out. Thank you
