The situation hit a breaking point after I experienced **three not-at-fault car accidents** while driving for Uber. These accidents not only totaled my car but also left me with mounting expenses I simply couldn’t afford. To make matters worse, Uber banned me from their platform after a **fraudulent complaint** from a customer.
In one particular incident, a customer placed **two separate orders on different accounts**, likely to use promotional discounts. After I delivered both orders (with solid proof, including a **recording from my car camera**, **phone call recordings via Uber’s system**, and even a **signed confirmation with a verification code**), the customer falsely claimed they never received the orders. She was rejected and abandoned by her mother. When I first found her, she was so malnourished and underweight that I genuinely thought she was only 3-4 weeks old. Yet, signs pointed to her being 2.5-3 months old. She was infested with multiple species of worms, and her condition was dire—she was on the brink of going blind and deaf. The vet advised against spending money on her treatment, expressing that there was little hope for her survival. But I couldn’t just give up on her. Something inside me told me she was worth fighting for. I insisted that the vet provide her with whatever she needed, no matter the cost. He warned me he wouldn’t schedule the follow-up appointment for her second round of shots as usual; instead, he told me to call him in two weeks if she was still alive, giving her no more than 72 hours to live if she was lucky. Against all odds, she fought through her sickness and made a miraculous recovery and became my best friend,.... I can't even afford food for her right now, much less a vet visit and that breaks my heart more than anything....

I’ve done everything I can think of to provide for my family and keep us afloat, but I’m at a point where I can’t do it alone anymore. I never imagined I would be in this position, but life has thrown more at me than I can handle.
