I’m working hard to turn things around financially so I can achieve a dream for many that seems nearly impossible for many, buying a house. There's one for sale not true far from where I currently live that I'll be able to buy it but it's a nice thought. It’s a beautiful opportunity to secure stable housing, but first, I need to pay off my debt to make this goal a reality.
Here’s a quick breakdown of what I owe:
$10,500 in student loans
$10,000 in a private education loan
$14,000 in credit card debt
$3,000 in a Cherry loan unfortunately.
That’s about $38,000 total, rounding up. I’ve been doing what I can to stay on top of payments, but the weight of this debt is holding me back from being able to buy a home.
