Please help me out of debt

I'm Kenneth 35 years old. Im in Pampanga Philippines. Long story short, I made a simple loan and now I'm struggling on how to pay it due to high interest rate. This starts when my motorcycle needs repair,  i cannot afford to absent to my work since its only our main source of income, my wife works a bit but lower than average, just to help me. I didnt tell her about this inflating interest rate, I cannot worry her anymore. She knows I have a debt, but doesn't know much, I just always tell here its alright Im trying to settle it out. But now I dont know how to deal w/ this. its so embarrassing asking to help me out. Its so ashame for me to beg, its hard for my pride as a man. Please help me, every single cent would be so much appreciated and I am so grateful to you.
