Hello!
I'm from the Philippines. I just started freelancing and got 1 job in Upwork. The problem is, they put my account on hold because I don't have a government ID to verify my account and now I cannot use or withdraw my earnings from Upwork. I tried reaching out to them multiple times but they insist with a government ID. I really need those earnings to support myself, I would love to get a gov. ID but there's a fee here to get one, & I don't literally have no money right now, just the earnings on my upwork account. the equivalent of a $20 dollars here is just enough to get me a valid ID. I would really appreciate it if anyone can help me. Thank you, and I hope for everyone to do well in the future.
