Help me to buy a computer

Good day. Please I am asking for help to buy a computer, and to pay some bills.  I have chemical imbalance in the brain and haven't work for 13 years.  I am getting a job with Arise and need a computer.  I also need money to do police record and to pay some bills.  Please help me.
