In lots of debt and don't know what to do

I feel utterly consumed by all my debt and I'm trying so hard to pay them off but it's getting harder and harder. I'm really struggling to stay positive and I feel incredibly depressed so if anyone could help me out I'd really appreciate it, the cost of living crisis has hit me hard too and everything feels hopeless.

I don't even know what to say I just hope someone listens.
