Help with overwhelming debt to avoid bankruptcy

Hi, I am in serious help with debt repayment. I’ve made a few mistakes in my past with money management due to my poor impulse control from my borderline personality disorder. I have gotten help for it and am doing much better now and could really use some help for a fresh start. I am an elementary school social worker who is has 60,000 dollars of personal loan debt and 100,000 dollars of student loan debt. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. It is incredibly hard to pay bills each month. I appreciate your kindness and empathy.
