Help... I've been ROBBED??

I had over $1,640 in my bank account. I went to buy me and my doggies food for the week and my bill was only $74 and my card got declined.... I went and looked into it at the door of the store and I NOW HAVE NEGATIVE FIVE DOLLARS??? I have not been able to stop crying since and my bank is being no help... I sincerely need anyone's help. Me and my puppies haven't ate in 2 days and I don't know what to do... Please help. Anything counts at this moment.
