Need help with mortgage attorney fees

Dear Donor,

I went through a mortgage mediation process, which offered my a marginally
higher mortgage payment.
I did not accept the offer and instead went through a mediation process 
with a program offered by the county where I live.
The mediation process did not go well, and I'm trying to 
pay off the back amount owed.
I have everything covered from the back amount owed, 
$5,000 of $9,000, except the attorney fees,
which are $4,000.
That's what I need help with.
