A Family in Crisis: Help the Mwangi Family Rebuild Their Lives
#1
Heart
Dear Friends,

I never imagined I would be in this position—writing to ask for help. But today, I am reaching out because a wonderful family is on the verge of losing everything, and they desperately need our support.

The Mwangi family—James, his wife Mary, and their two young children—have always been hardworking and independent. James worked as a carpenter, taking pride in his craft, while Mary did small tailoring jobs to support the family. They never lived extravagantly, but they always found a way to make ends meet.

Then disaster struck.

A few months ago, James was working on a construction site, helping install wooden roofing beams for a client. As he was securing one of the beams, the scaffolding beneath him suddenly gave way. He fell nearly three meters to the ground, landing on his back and shattering his right leg in multiple places. The pain was unbearable, and he was rushed to the hospital, where doctors confirmed the worst—he had suffered a severe fracture that would require surgery and months of recovery.

Since that day, everything has fallen apart. James, once the strong provider for his family, is now bedridden, unable to work or even walk without crutches. The hospital bills piled up quickly, draining the little savings they had. Mary, despite working tirelessly on her sewing machine, barely earns enough to put food on the table.

The landlord has given them an eviction notice, and unless they can come up with rent soon, they will be forced out onto the streets. Their children, who once had dreams of becoming a doctor and an engineer, now live in fear of losing their home and missing school.

This is why I am humbly asking for your help. With just a small donation, we can help the Mwangi family stay in their home, put food on their table, and give them a chance to rebuild their lives. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings them closer to stability.

? $10 can buy a meal for the family
? $25 can help cover school supplies
? $50 can go towards rent and medical expenses

Please, if you can, donate whatever you can afford. If you’re unable to give, sharing this message with others would also mean the world. Let’s come together as a community and show the Mwangi family that they are not alone.
