Utilities

I need like 150$ to keep my utilities on 50$ for my water and 100$ for my electric until I start getting paid.  I have 3 kids ages 8, 12, and 1.  Anything would help but they are about to be shut ff anyday and Ill never be able to afford to turn them back on if they do and its still hot out.  I dont have an option for prepaid electric where I live either.
