Hi, I am 33 years old and I am on disability, I had some unexpected expenses last month and now I am behind on my electric and phone bill. My phone has been disconnected and my electric will be shut off Tuesday if I can't get it paid. I need $200 for my electric bill and $155 for my phone bill.
