In need of help

I grew up in a single parent home to a mother who is deaf and unable to read and write. However, I did not let it stop me from achieving my goals. I put myself through college and currently helping my brother through college. However, it is extremely difficult being the only person paying the bills and trying to restore my credit. I have $78,000 in school loans and $6,000 credit card debt. If someone can please help me with this, this will give me a clean slight. I would be able to save some money and buy home for my family. I feel weird even asking for money but I don’t know what else to do. I work really long hours and the taxes they take out of my paycheck makes it seem barely earn anything.
