Me and my family are going through tough times

Last year my 3 year old son started having seizures. We have been to doctors from Spokane to Las Angeles and have not got a diagnosis yet. But we have managed to stay afloat barely till now. I was laid off in January and now our bills are piling up and I am afraid of losing everything. My two older daughters and my wife and my son mean everything
to me I just need a hand to get back on my feet.
