Young Mom that really needs help Please with a five yr old with a disability

Hello I am a 25 year old woman that is in college trying to pursue my associates in nursing. I have a five year old little girl, and a 3 month old baby boy.. My car has gotten repo because I have been in the hospital for 4 months due to me being ill while I was pregnant.. I haven't been working at all cause I been in the hospital. I ask from the bottom of my heart if u can help me out..school is starting back, and I need to get my daughter back and fourth to school.
