Need help getting out of debt hole please

I am 51 year old from South Africa , I have 2 preteens and a teenager , with the current economic state here I am struggling to keep my head above water , I have burnt through what little savings i have left and have gotten myself into a deepening hole of debt , I have a permanent job and a few side hustles but the best i have been able to do so far is get a half month ahead, I am too old to qualify to emigrate so i will have to stick it out here , appreciate any help i can get .thanks
