Busted pipes

Recently my mother has been diagnosed with leukemia.... It's been hard but we are surviving ..... On the other hand her new medications cost so much we don't have any money left and we have 3 bursted water pipes and a small little space heater for the whole trailer.... If youre able to help out in any way I would appreciate it
