I lost my job at the start of December, I did have an initial freak out but then I realised this will be an opportunity to get an even better job and better pay.
After weeks and weeks of interviews, Xmas, etc I finally landed a good offer with pretty good money.
When I got the contract I realised I will be paid MONTHLY on the 15th (doesn’t happen that often in my country) this meant I had to live on the $100 I had left for another Month! (got the job on the 17th of Jan but started on the 19thh).
