Need Help for my Father ..

Hi im rodel from phillippines ,and im here to reach help for my father , hes Is 60 years old and i need help for his eye operation or laser treatment he have a glocoma on his eyes and need to be address this as soon as posible or he will be blind and that will lead to his death he is affraid to get blind and not be able to see my late mother photo . and im his only child  and i have family to with 2 kids .. i will not be here reaching for help if i have enought funds for my fathers need  i lost my small bussiness due to covid crisis and now im currently broke.... i wish i can go back to past and save my bussiness b4 pandemic strikes .... but its to late .. .. hope u can help me out here is my paypal the only thing i got https://www.paypal.me/Rrmax081013
