Urgently Needing Help

I am really in need of emergency help. I am a caregiver to my mom and everything has falling apart completely financially. We are running low on food, I'm about to lose the car I drive for work and to take my mom to her doctors appointments. It's gotten cold and the furnace is very old and has completely stopped working. To top it off our roof has started to leak. This isn't even half of what's going on with me. If there is someone that can be of help, I thank you in advance. Please help.
