Just got out of hospital after 6 months in. During that time it was discovered i now have congestive heart failure.
Doctor gave me prescriptions which MUST be filled and i MUST start taking immediately or else i can end back up in the hospital.
While in the hospital what few clothes i had were stolen, so also asking for help to get new clothes.
I am on SSI and after rent and utility bills, ive no money leftover.
So if anyone out there can please help me with covering the cost of the co-pays for the meds and help to get me new clothes, i would greatly appreciate it. Please contact me if u can help
