Can anybody help please

[Struggling family Australia]

Hi I don't really know how to write this as my last resort to obtain financial help yet we are desperately needing. We are a family of 7 3 Daughters and 2 sons. Ruby (11) has a brain Tumour and has been like that for 5 years now . We love our Daughter very much and won't give up. However after selling almost all of our valuables and borrowing money we are now in Dept of $678,140 Dollars. I have a job that doesn't cover all ongoing medical needed for Ruby we try to do all we can yet still can't seem to get there. My wife and kids struggle as I am too. All I'm asking for is a little help to get us through this...? Please help us.
