Hi, I really need help with a water bill, I recently moved into a flat. I have taken out a TV on catalog and other electricals. This is because I cant afford to pay full price at once. I have been using data instead of WiFi as I have only just taken WiFi out. But doing this I've completely gone over my normal phone bill and now become short of money for my oncoming water bill. I have no family or friends to ask for help. I only need £30 as I'm only short of money, not exactly behind. Please help if you can but if not then that's fine, thankyou at least for reading this far.
