In need of help to get back on track

I'm not one to normally "beg" but I find myself in a position that will only get worse if i dont seek assistance. I've recently became unable to work due to medical conditions ( spinal stenosis with complete loss of l5 disc,fibromyalgia, and neuropathy. I'm also a single mother with 3 children who still live at home. I'm filing for disability but it takes time to get a decision.  Until I can get back on my feet I'm looking for any help I can get to pay my rent, get shoes and clothes for my children, and pay electric bill.
