Need Help for Hospital Bills

So, my name Novi
And currently i'm in my second year of college
Recently  i just undergone appendix surgery and i borrowed money for paying my hospital bills.

Now i have to pay my debts to the person i borrowed money from.

I just get my part time job
But i wont get paid until last august

And i live by myself because my mother is abusive and my father has left since i was baby
My aunt pays for my college tuition but thats it
I need to pay other bills by myself

Please help me to pay my debts
